At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior transformation. If your wood panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the panels back into their original protective packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
